With FourthWall Media’s local widgets, viewers now have on-demand access to the goings-on in their areas. They can view local news, opinions, sports, life and people, shopping, movie times, events, and a whole lot more – all while watching any channel on TV.

The local widgets use a series of agents programmed to retrieve contextual content from predefined digital sources accessible through the Internet and then display them on the television screen. Viewers simply use their remote controls to navigate the menus.

Viewers can even have multiple local widgets for different locations. Simply search by ZIP code to find the closest local widget and then add it to the Widget Bar for future use.
